Holding The Date: Upon booking a date for your event regardless of meetings or conversations a $375 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your event date on our calendars. The $375 non-refundable deposit is applied to your invoice as a payment towards your total event costs. In the case that you wish to cancel your original date, we will be happy to reschedule your event for another date and apply your deposit to another party date.

Ideas/Design/Decor: We will not discuss any ideas or the terms of the design/decor of your event until you reserve your date and your date is secure on our calendar. Any of your visions and ideas will be noted during your phone consultation and any other meeting.

Venue: Should you need assistance with finding a venue for your event we can assist you in one of our own or travel to look at other locations for you that would best suit your needs. This is included in your non-refundable deposit.
