Pretty Girlz Glamm Mobile Spa Bus parties are held at your home or venue of your choice. We will bring the spa to you! Please be sure to secure parking/hotel clearance for the bus on your event date (if necessary). We do not travel outside of California
How do I book a mobile spa party?
To reserve a party date and time, simply choose the package you want and the available dates and time will appear. A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure your party package. What space is needed for the bus?
When booking a party please be sure that there is at least two car length space in front of the location. We can not park in any apartment complex, underground parking, driveways, or on the streets that has an hill. Should we arrive and not have the required space your event will be cancelled.
What do I need to do to get ready for my mobile spa party?
All you need to do is designate a space for the spa bus to park, and we take care of the rest. Our friendly party hostesses will have everything needed for your spa experience including robes, polishes, party props, music, and much more. Please let us know when booking your party if you have any special space restraints and we will tailor your spa experience to meet your needs.
What happens if I need to cancel my party?
The deposit to reserve your date is non-refundable. Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced due to the reservation nature of our business. We will make every attempt to reschedule your party within the desired time frame should you need to reschedule. If you need to reschedule your party, please let us know at your earliest convenience to ensure you find a suitable date and time.
What happens if my party is cancelled due to inclement weather?
In the unfortunate care that we are unable to make it to your party location due to extreme weather conditions, we will return your full deposit or make alternate party arrangements that are acceptable for the party host.
What should the girls do to prepare for their party?
Guests should come with nail polish removed from hands and feet for maximum party time.
Do I need to confirm my event?
Yes. Due to canceling upon arrival, it is a must that you confirm your event three days prior to your event.
Is my deposit refundable?
Any and all deposits are non-refundable.
Is there space for the parents to stay in the Party Bus?
Due to limited work space, we will allow one parent (usually host parent) to join in on the fun during party time.
Do you offer party bus transportation service?
Unfortunately, we do not offer party bus transportation services.
Can we bring our own music?
Yes, you can bring your own music and media. Our Spa Bus features in-vehicle Karaoke, CD/DVD players, AUX flash driver ports, and up to date sound systems to keep kids entertained during their spa service and party. We also have wireless internet so guests can watch YouTube/Karaoke Videos .
What if I need to add additional guests?
We do have limited space on our party bus, however if you need to add additional guest there will be a $30 fee for each additional guests.
What if I need to add additional time to my party?
You can certainly extend your party if scheduling allows time. Each additional hour is an additional $50 fee per hour.
What if my party is booked at a hotel?
If your party is booked at a hotel you would need to notify the hotel manager to get approval and assigned parking for the bus prior to your booking and that information must be put in your booking reservation when making your deposit.
