A. Pretty Girlz Glamm Spa & University is designed for girls ages 3 to 13. All services, products, and activities are age-appropriate and kid-safe.

Q. Do you host birthday parties and private events?

A. Yes! We specialize in birthday parties, private spa days, best-friend experiences, school celebrations, and special events. All packages are private unless otherwise stated.

Q. How many guests can attend a party?

A. Each package consist of a certain amount of girls. PGG University Packages: Up to 12 guests
If you have a larger group, please contact us for custom options.

Q. Are your products safe for children?

A. Absolutely. We use child-safe, gentle, and non-toxic products. No harsh chemicals or adult spa products are used.

Q. Do the girls need to bring anything?

A. Nope! We provide: The full experience. Guests may bring socks, and we encourage wearing comfy clothing underneath robes.

Q. Can parents take photos and videos?

A. Yes! Parents are welcome to take photos and videos. Some packages also include designated photo moments.

Q. What snacks are provided?

A. Our Pretty Treats Snack Bar includes age-appropriate snacks such as: Desserts, Chips, Cereal, Candy, Mocktails and juice are also included.

Q. What is PGG University?

A. PGG University is our hands-on educational experience where girls create and learn through fun activities like: Making sugar scrubs, Lip gloss creations, Bubble bath mixing, Creative arts and science-based projects.

Q. How long are the parties?

A. Packages range from 1 to 4 hours, depending on the experience selected. Additional time may be added for a fee $150

Q. What is your booking and payment policy?

A. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your date. Remaining balance is due 2 days before your event. Dates are not held with just a conversation. Only a deposit and booking through the website holds your date.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be allowed with advance notice and availability.

A. Yes! We proudly offer a Sensory-Friendly Glamm Experience designed for children who benefit from a calm, low-stimulation environment.
