Cancellation Policy

PARTY & EVENT BOOKINGS

Deposit & Date Reservation

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve and hold the date and time of your event.

  • All payments made are applied toward the total balance of the booked event.

  • Deposits become non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of booking.

  • Deposits will not be waived under any circumstances.

Cancellations

  • All deposits and payments are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason.

  • This applies to standard and last-minute bookings.

  • No refunds will be issued for failure to attend the event, guest no-shows, or changes in guest count.

​

Rescheduling

  • Each booking may be rescheduled one (1) time only, subject to availability.

  • Funds may be transferred to a future date or event within one (1) year of the original event date.

  • If the event is not rescheduled within one year, all funds are forfeited.

​

Last-Minute Bookings

  • Events booked within 7 days of the event date are considered last-minute bookings.

  • No cancellations, refunds, or changes are permitted for last-minute bookings.

​

Special Order & Custom Items

  • No refunds will be issued for special-order, customized, themed, or personalized items.

  • Once ordered, these items are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Refunds & Product Cancellations

  • Written notice of cancellation must be submitted at least 90 days prior to the event or product delivery date for invoice review.

  • The client is responsible for all costs incurred by Pretty Girlz Glamm Spa & University up to the date of cancellation.

  • A $50 administrative cancellation fee applies unless waived at the sole discretion of PGG.

Adding or Removing Services

  • Services or products may be added up to 30 days prior to the event date.

  • Services or products may be removed up to 60 days prior to the event date.

  • No changes are permitted for last-minute bookings.

​

Late Arrivals (Party Bookings)

  • The client must notify PGG if running late.

  • Events delayed by more than 25 minutes may be cancelled without refund if another event is scheduled immediately after.

  • Event time will not be extended due to late arrival.

WALK-IN & INDIVIDUAL SERVICES

Appointments & Walk-Ins

  • All services are subject to availability.

  • Walk-in services are first-come, first-served unless otherwise stated.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened services or cancellation without refund.

Service Refunds

  • No refunds are issued for services already rendered.

  • If a concern arises during the service, it must be addressed before leaving the premises.

​

Retail & Product Sales

  • All retail sales are final.

  • No refunds or exchanges on opened, used, or special-order products.

​

GENERAL POLICIES (ALL SERVICES)

Client Responsibility​

  • PGG is not responsible for personal items left unattended.

​

Right to Refuse Service

Pretty Girlz Glamm Spa & University reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for:

  • Unsafe behavior

  • Disruptive conduct

  • Failure to follow spa rules

  • Late arrival beyond allowable grace period

​

Policy Modifications

PGG reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of booking applies.

​

Agreement

By booking an event, scheduling a service, or entering the premises, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this policy.
